Artists
Up to £66,278Artists create artistic works using appropriate techniques, materials and media; design artwork and illustrations; and restore damaged pieces of art.
This qualification is suitable for students who have an interest in art, design, media or a related subject and wish to explore and extend this interest via a full- time, immersive learning experience. Students will develop and test their creativity within a structure that will provide a sound base of skills and knowledge, while enhancing self- confidence and revealing the potential career demands and opportunities within the sector.
What You’ll Learn
Course Structure
Students will explore a range of materials, techniques, and processes across 2D, 3D, and 4D art, developing skills in research, experimentation and idea development.
The course culminates in a final major project, where students will have the opportunity to focus on their chosen area of interest and produce a personal outcome.
