Level 2 Professional Cookery

Student Voice

I just enjoy learning and would say I enjoyed going back to basics the most. Working in kitchens is very fast-paced and everything feels rushed. Here, you get to slow it down and really perfect the basics of cooking, like learning the processes and science behind making a good stock, for example. Being in a room with other learners was great because you get to work and learn together. I settled into college life really easily and felt very welcomed.
