Level 2 Technical Specialist in Fitness Coaching FT

This course is ideal for those learners wanting to pursue a career as a fitness coach.

The qualification supports instructors to work with apparently healthy clients.

On completion of this course, learners will understand how to apply anatomy, physiology and nutrition and how they relate to exercise and fitness.

Learners will also be able to demonstrate how to deliver and supervise safe and effective exercise programme within the gym or health club environment.

This qualification has been designed in partnership with employers and covers the knowledge and skills identified in the industry as essential for the fitness coach role.
