L3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Treatments

Throughout this qualification you will develop your knowledge and understanding of relevant anatomy and physiology, health and safety and client care. This qualification includes  body massage, face and body electrotherapy, health and safety and client care.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your understanding and skills further by selecting a number of optional units which include: massage with pre-blended oils, electrical epilation, individual permanent lashes, intimate waxing, self tanning, nail enhancements, Indian head massage, micro dermabrasion and stone therapy. You will be working on members of the public throughout the qualification.

Observations, written exams, oral questioning, podcasts.

Grade 4 or above in English & maths including 1 science. Entry onto this qualification can be via previous attainment of a Level 2 qualification in beauty therapy.
