Overview
AI is fast becoming the go-to tool in the office for saving time in the working day. It can get technical and complex, so this course stays with the two market leaders, Copilot and ChatGPT, and keeps them simple. No technical experience is needed, and there is room to answer questions about your own business.
What it covers
Using ChatGPT and Copilot to:
- Build and design a PowerPoint presentation, for example on safety in the workplace
- Summarise a Word document
- Pull the key action items out of the transcript of a Teams meeting
- Rewrite an email in a more professional tone, or draft a reply to a thread that makes particular points
- Analyse Excel data, for example insights into last year’s sales figures
One day. This is not an assessed course: delegates receive a Certificate of Attendance.
