How a SWAP works

A Sector-based Work Academy Programme (SWAP) is a short, government-funded scheme that helps employers fill vacancies with people who are keen to work. We deliver the training, the employer offers a placement and a guaranteed interview. There is no cost to the employer, and candidates stay on their benefits throughout.
