Students at North Lindsey College are celebrating success in their T Level results, following the release of results earlier this month.
For many, achieving their target results means they can now take the next step towards their dream career, whether that’s through an apprenticeship, further study or employment.
There was fantastic success across a number of T Level areas, with students studying Design, Surveying and Planning for Construction, Education and Early Years, Health, and Maintenance, Installation and Repair for Engineering and Manufacturing all achieving a 100% pass rate.
Emma Buttrick, one of our T Level Health Lecturers commented: “I’m so proud of all of our T Level Health students for achieving a fantastic 100% pass rate. It’s been an extremely busy but rewarding year, with students gaining valuable experience through exciting placements, including opportunities across various wards at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust, including Disney, A&E, and Midwife & Maternity, through our valued partnership.
“From degrees in Forensic Science and Midwifery to an exciting NHS apprenticeship, all second year students have achieved their goals and are progressing towards their dream careers. We couldn’t be prouder!”
One student celebrating in particular is George Potter, who achieved a Distinction in T Level Maintenance, Installation and Repair for Engineering and Manufacturing. George will now progress onto an exciting apprenticeship with British Steel, putting the skills and experience he gained during his course into practice.
Reflecting on his time at North Lindsey College, George said: “I am really pleased I chose this route. I particularly enjoyed the second year, especially the opportunity to travel to America for work experience.”
T Levels are equivalent to three A Levels and combine classroom learning with valuable industry experience, giving students the opportunity to develop the practical skills employers are looking for. Since their launch in 2020, they have become an increasingly popular choice for students looking for a technical route into their chosen career.
This year, T Level completions have continued to grow nationally, with FE Week reporting a 65% increase in completions when compared with 2025. Across DN Colleges Group, which includes North Lindsey College, an impressive 89.2% of students achieved a Pass or higher.
Our congratulations go to every student receiving their T Level results. We can’t wait to see where your hard work takes you next!
