Inclusion, Life and Work Skills

Within the Inclusion, Life and Work Skills department our highly skilled and experienced staff work with students who are not ready for a full-time vocational programme.

The team work closely with individuals to create a personalised learning plan based around their particular needs and interests. This provides students with the support they need to achieve their personal goals and ambitions.

Our department is based in New Beacon House, a purpose built environment to support students’ success.

It is a modern, safe and comfortable base for students to develop their skills, whilst forming new friendships in this stimulating setting.

At North Lindsey College there are opportunities to get involved with community projects, charity fundraising and work experience. Inclusion and support students play an active part in the wider College community.

Our staff provide students with guidance to prepare them for progression to further study, employment and independence.
