Foundation Studies


As a Foundation Studies student you will be part of an active College group and our courses are carefully designed to build your skills.

When you join Foundation Studies you will gain skills for personal progression as you begin to prepare for adulthood.

Our courses are carefully designed to build your skills, confidence and resilience, whether your aim is to access a vocational programme of study or you are keen to develop your independent living skills within our purpose-built building, we can support you with this.

As a Foundation Studies student you will be part of an active College group. Our very own flatlet on site is a fantastic opportunity to help our students build up their skills in the home, they also enjoy cooking and baking in our kitchens and getting involved with charity work and work experience.

You will be able to go on trips, take part in events, explore what our local community has to offer and obtain a work placement through our dedicated job coach.
