2020 saw the launch of our newly installed professional kitchen which will be the perfect environment to help you progress into an exciting, fast paced and creative culinary career.

The hospitality and catering industry is big and diverse. Every sector from accommodation and recreation to travel and entertainment, the industry is set to thrive. The increasing popularity of online catering is projected to significantly support market growth during the forecast period.

2020 saw the launch of our newly installed professional kitchen which will be the perfect environment to help you progress into an exciting, fast paced and creative culinary career.

We are also opening a bakery in 2021/2022 which will add to the range of skills you can develop with us.

Students can start with the basics of cooking and can build up their skills to our professional cookery courses using a variety of cooking methods and produce.

Students in the past have had the opportunity to travel to France as part of the Erasmus programme, gaining invaluable experience working in professional restaurants in Troyes, alongside Michelin star chefs and culinary experts.

We support our practical delivery in the kitchens, with talks from key industry guest speakers and opportunities to visit local restaurants to gain first-hand insights into their working practices.
