Creative Arts at North Lindsey College develops students’ own personal style alongside encouraging innovation to progress in this diverse subject area.

Our students benefit from industry experience brought to life by tutors who are working artists and keen to innovate and encourage students to be the best in the industry. With many businesses needing creative people, you can also expect to develop an understanding of how your creative talent can take you into the world of work or on to university.

This area is keen to involve students in national and local competitions, welcome in special guests and also provide a variety of trips to broaden their horizons. Trips have included visits to London, the Harry Potter Studios, Barcelona, York Wax Works, the Tate Modern, Manchester Christmas market and a variety of galleries.

Our facilities include fully equipped workshops with a range of printing facilities including screen printing facilities, 3D workshop, Mac Suites, large drawing studios, and life drawing classes.

Art and Design Courses for School Leavers

Testimonial

The best part of my course were the trips and going to different art exhibitions. In the future I would like to work as a car body and interior designer for McLaren.
