Ian Nunn (Training & Apprenticeship Programme Manager, Syngenta) said, “We are extremely proud to receive these awards from the Rate My Apprenticeship organisation, not least because they are based on the views of the apprentices themselves. As with previous awards that we have received, it is reward to the many Syngenta employees at our Huddersfield Manufacturing Centre who enthusiastically support our apprentices in their training, development and guidance. It is also testament to the support and collaboration that we have with our partners such as North Lindsey College. In the two years that we have worked together they have helped us to deliver an excellent programme for Science Manufacturing Technicians at the same time as managing the challenges created by the recent pandemic.”
