Olive Tapenade on Crostini

Arancini Balls (V) filled with mozzarella, with basil oil

 

Primi (Mains)

Portafoglio, folded pizza with tomatoes, olives, and mushrooms, with rocket salad

Pork Loin Escalopes with a parmesan crumb, set on a rocket and walnut-infused polenta, with slow roasted rosemary vine tomatoes and jus

Italian Seafood Pappardelle, tomato and herby base sauce with mussels, salmon, sea bass, and prawns, accompanied with sea salt focaccia

 

Dolci (Desserts)

Vanilla Pannacotta with shortbread crumb, raspberry gel, fresh berries, honeycomb

Cannoli, Italian pastry filled with a Sicilian lemon yoghurt ice cream, with a walnut praline
