This two-day accredited course is designed for anyone working in a catering, hospitality, or food-handling environment.
This course will be delivered at various times throughout the year and delivered at our University Campus North Lincolnshire (UCNL).
Items you may cover include:
- Food hygiene laws and responsibilities
- Contamination risks and prevention
- Safe food storage, preparation, and cooking
- Personal hygiene and cleaning practices
- Pest control and waste management
Learners must:
- Be aged 19+ as of 31/08/2025
- Currently live in England
- Have resided in the EU/UK for 3+ years for purposes other than study
Not be enrolled on an apprenticeship.
