This online course in Understanding Working with People with Mental Health Needs will give you a better understanding of care and support for those with mental health problems. You’ll learn about the role of the mental health worker, the processes and approaches involved in care and how to support people who are experiencing mental ill-health. The qualification will help to develop your understanding of duty of care and the different treatment options that are available for mental health problems.
