The level 3 Diploma in Adult Care is an occupationally relevant qualification for individuals who are employed in an Adult Care Setting. Learners will need to have core responsibilities for delivering care to adults with some supervisory responsibilities.

Duration
Typical duration is 18-24 months. This course includes taught sessions attended at the workplace or college, tutorials to discuss progress, one to one additional support sessions and will require the learner to have the ability to independently study.
The level 3 Diploma in Adult Care consists of mandatory and optional units which are used to assess competency and knowledge across specialist areas, for example dementia care, mental health, learning disability or care of older people.
