As part of this qualification, you will cover:
- Food hygiene laws and responsibilities
- Contamination risks and prevention
- Safe food storage, preparation and cooking
- Personal hygiene and cleaning practices
Pest control and waste management
Learners will complete a multiple-choice exam.
Learners must:
- Be aged 19+ as of 31/08/2025
- Currently live in England
- Have resided in the EU/UK for 3+ years for purposes other than study
Not be enrolled on an apprenticeship
Learners who undertake this course could go on to study:
- Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Nutrition and Health – Online
- Level 2 Certificate in Allergy Awareness for those Working in Adult Social Care – Online
Level 2 Certificate in Allergy Awareness for those Working with Children – Online
