Students Create a Magical Experience for Children  

Pupils from St Bernadette’s Catholic Primary Voluntary Academy flew first class, prepared food for Rudolph and met Santa himself during a recent winter getaway organised by Travel students – all without leaving the walls of North Lindsey College.   With a little imagination, the children experienced a magical visit to the College which has now been taking place in December for a number of years. College Awarded Quality in Careers Standard 

North Lindsey College and Doncaster College, both part of DN Colleges Group, were assessed for their delivery of careers education, information, advice and guidance against the 8 Gatsby Benchmarks. The assessor agreed that all 8 Gatsby Benchmarks had been met stating: ‘Both sites have differing needs in servicing the local community, varying demographics and student needs, different local authorities and employers within the local vicinity.’   A section in the report

Green Energy Growth Across the Humber

A project which has attracted Skills Development Funding, is being delivered by the Group to stimulate interest in the green industrial revolution. The UK Government announced a £12 billion “Ten Point Plan” to mobilise private investment and reduce UK emissions by 180 million tonnes of carbon dioxide equivalent between 2023 and 2032.
